Dear Fathers,
On this Father’s Day, we honor you as the God-given leaders of our homes, called to guide our families with strength, love, and faith in Jesus Christ. As we look today at the process of the gospel of God’s love and salvation through Jesus—the message that transforms lives and families. Today, let’s reflect on our vital role in leading our households toward Him.
The gospel begins with God’s love: Just as God loves us, He calls us as fathers, to embody that love in our home. We Lead by example, showing our children and wife the heart of Jesus through our actions—praying together, reading God’s Word, and living out faith with integrity. Jesus, born of God, died for our sins, rose again, and is coming back again soon, May we share this truth boldly, teaching our family to trust in His salvation and His Word.
The process of the gospel is relational, not programmatic. As I will emphasize in my message, effective ministry flows through genuine relationships, mirroring how Jesus modeled love and connection with his disciples, His earthly family, and throughout His entire community. We must build strong bonds with your children through time, listening, and godly discipline. We show them Jesus’ grace by forgiving, encouraging, and pointing them to repentance and transformation Our home is our greatest mission field where we plant seeds of faith that bear eternal fruit.
Fathers, we are the spiritual heads of our household. We must rise up in courage, lean on the Holy Spirit, and lead our family to Jesus. As we do, we fulfill God’s call to make disciples, starting with those closest to us. May our leadership reflect Christ’s love, guiding our family into His eternal kingdom.
Happy Father’s Day!
With faith and encouragement,
Pastor Chris
