Days of Heaven upon the earth!

One night, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, we attended an all-night prayer meeting at what was then called 'The Downtown Church' (it's now called City Church), and as we left the building, in the pre-dawn darkness of Canadian winter, the sky exploded in living colors, in what we now call 'The Northern Lights'. I heard pastor Rod Parsley say, in a revival service a term that is the topic of this teaching: “Seed the heavens, and establish the earth”. David Ingles, a well known Christian song writer, has written a song, on this reality, and taught extensively about days of heaven upon the earth.
