However Abraham ate beef, and served some to God Himself, the father of the prodigal killed the fatted calf, and Jesus served a breakfast of barbecued fish to His disciples after the resurrection. Fruit and vegetables are good, so is meat. Processed foods and junk food is what I avoid. Great article though.
