GO!

As many of you have journeyed with me these past couple of years, as I dug deep into the Word of God, and mined the depths of Scripture for life lessons to bring understanding to some of the deeper truths we need to be strong, Jesus has been faithful! For the first year of this journey, we ate at local food banks, considering such things as milk, eggs, and flour for pancakes great luxuries. We truly learned the difference between a want and a need…

Then, Holy Spirit gave me some understanding of the plight of the North American Indian…

My trail of tears had come, and from this great agony of intercession, came Ron and Tyda Harvey, and pastor Jerry Tom of the Navajo nation. Graciously, they invited me to come to the Navajo reservation, as they prepared for ‘Gathering of all tribes’, a fairly large event, that hosted 57 tribes from all across North America for a week of meetings.

We have now been to the Navajo nation four trips since April of this year, with the 14 hour drive from Tulsa  becoming our extended times of Holy Spirit prayer, as we have confessed the Word, and then got over in the Holy Spirit for many, many hours, praying out mysteries in other tongues. Rather than attempt to document the reconciliation service with veterans, the construction of the outdoor stage, the flag raising ceremony, the pioneering of the Bible school, or some of the incredible shouts of faith that have erupted from warriors of faith, with nothing but Jesus to lean upon, I simply give God all the glory for what has been done, as incredibly sacrificial servants of the Lord have mobilized….

The Bible school begins classes September 8th in Window Rock. I plan on being there to help kick it off.

When I get back to Tulsa, I plan on having a “Navajo Discussion meeting’, where those of us who have been on the reservation this year, can all get together to hang out, pray, EAT, and brainstorm as to how best to meet some of the screaming needs that still exist there.

There are still several construction projects that need completion : 1. We must get metal or roof materials to roof pastor Ron’s house. 2. We need a fence and water run for an irrigation systems

3. We need plumbing supplies to construct a couple of bathrooms at another ministry. A shower there would be a great blessing too.

And we have kept going…

During the conference, I was given the opportunity to go to Canso, Nova Scotia on an errand for a friend of mine. So, after the exhausting drive from Window Rock, we spent one glorious night in our own beds (doing piles of laundry), and hit the road for Canada.

Every where we stopped for meals or gas, God has had divine appointments to pray for the sick, meet with leaders to discuss potential Bible schools, and to preach and teach the word of God.

Eph 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

During the conference, I met Mark Vasquez of the Saginaw Chippiwa nation . We spent three days in Mount Pleasant, Michigan with Mark and his step dad Fred. Incredible people, hungry for Jesus and revival, to see Him move among the tribe. I spoke on the nature of addictions at ‘God’s Cabin’ there, and prayed for folks. Had seven of them receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues! Thank you Jesus!

Well, we went from there, all the way here to Georgetown, Prince Edward Island where we will spend a couple of days resting up before the sojourn on back to Tulsa. According to the GPS, we have experienced over 75 hours of actual drive time since leaving for Window Rock July 4th. Been to Canso, NS (the most eastern part of Canada?), and spent a couple wonderful days with family in Dartmouth, NS.

It has been over 14 years since I have been home to see family….

It has been a long, long time in the jeep…

Planning on spending a couple of days here resting up some, then attacking the highway and prayer again, in the long ride back to Tulsa…

I expect signs, wonders, miracles, and divine appointments to continue to occur, as we spend the daily hours over in the Holy Spirit, praying for you, and the people God places in our path. Pray we hear clearly, and fully obey. As always, pray and contribute as He leads, so that we can keep on moving forward…

The fastest way to get money to us I have discovered, is through Walmart Money Gram. We can always find a Walmart somewhere, and can pick up funds there. The best way to contact us, is by Facebook (Chris Karen Walsh) or email: [email protected], as we have hit many regions where our cell phone service does not work.

Until the 2nd week of September, GO, is my mandate, then, by the grace of God, I will get back to my daily disciplines of prayer, study, exercise, and completion of the three books I am currently writing. Would be nice to have an extra 50 copies on hand as I travel, to give away to folks we meet on the road…

Thank you for joining us in this journey of faith! So many have either come with us, prayed with us, house sat, helped fix electronics, vehicle, or our home, or opened your homes to us, and fed us a well needed home cooked meal, that it is radically evident that only God could have brought this whole thing together. I so appreciate your prayer, there have been times of exhaustion where I literally feel Holy Spirit carrying me…Thank you.

Eph 4:16  From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

For every good work, miracle, or changed life, it is because each of us did our part. There are no big ‘I’s” little ‘you’s’ in the kingdom of God. Jesus loves us each equally, and seems to use us all at different seasons, different ways…Don’t despise small acts of kindness towards missionaries, travelling is not easy, and the simple comfort of a hot cuppa coffee on a foggy day, go a long way to help along the way.

Mt 10:41  He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

Mt 10:42  And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

‘Father, I see clearly that it takes faith, to hear You, and to Go! It also takes faith to give. I have received all the accommodation, meals, hospitality, and love offerings of your people, with thanksgiving, also in faith. Faith, that as the seed of Abraham, that the blessing of Abraham is operating in our lives, causing that which has been sown, to be multiplied according to the sand of the seashore, and the stars of the heavens! I ask You sir, to release to these, Your rewards, for You love each of us equally! I ask, knowing that I am heard and answered, for I ask in Your mighty and matchless name Lord Jesus, Amen’

Expect miracles!
